Initial Registration and System Access
After completing your check-out process, a user password will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile phone number.
With this password, you can easily log in to your profile by using your mobile phone number at www.altinyunusplus.com.
After logging in:
• Click on the menu icon in the top left corner of the homepage to access detailed information about the system.
• You can view your earned points in the top right corner of the main screen.
• Click the "My Profile" button to review your registered information.

Points
All expenses you make at Altın Yunus convert into points and are credited to your account 24 hours after your checkout process.
What you need to know about points:
• Points are earned when the expenses are transferred to your guest account.
• Cash payments do not earn points.
• Points are valid for 2 years from the date they are earned.
• Points in accounts that are never used are automatically deleted at the end of 2 years.
Each point you earn in Altın Yunus Plus grants you a 1 TL discount or the right to choose from items in the gift catalog.

Purchasing Gifts and Using Points
You can use your Altın Yunus Plus points as follows:
• You can choose products from the gift catalog according to your points and place an order.
• Ordered products will be delivered by cargo within 15 days at the latest.
• The color or brand of the products may vary depending on stock availability.
• For out-of-stock products, substitute products will be sent.
To use your points as a discount, simply inform the reception of your request.

Changing Your Password
If you forget your password or want to change it:
• Log in at www.altinyunusplus.com.
• Click on the “I Forgot My Password” option to create a new password.
• After logging into your profile, update your current password from the “Change Password” section.
